We are seeking friendly, upbeat volunteers to assist local older active adults who are participating in the 2026 Mecklenburg Senior Games! Under the guidance of Event Managers, volunteers will be responsible for the following tasks for each event: Set up, welcoming participants, registration, monitoring events, rules enforcement, awards presentations, breakdown and basic clean up. Volunteers should be at least age 16 to help with this event.
Familiarity with game rules is appreciated but not required - Park & Recreation staff will instruct all Volunteers!
- Each Volunteer must sign up individually in order to acknowledge their review of, and agreement with, the Volunteer Waiver/Photo Release and Safety Guidelines - READ and click to acknowledge in your response. An adult must acknowledge for anyone under the age of 18.
- Please dress in appropriate athletic attire with comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
- All volunteers will receive a T-shirt – Please tell us your T-shirt size when registering!
