What We Do
SENIOR GAMES/SILVER ARTS was established to promote health and wellness for persons 50 and better. Senior Games provides a forum to meet new people, enjoy healthy competition, be creative and most importantly to HAVE FUN!
Who Is Eligible?
Mecklenburg County Senior Games holds athletic and artistic competitions in March through June of each year. Participants must be 50 years of age or older and must have resided in North Carolina at least 3 consecutive months of the past 12 months. Residents of other states, including South Carolina, are not eligible for Mecklenburg County competitions. Enrollment opens in December with early bird registration.
- Early Bird registration is open January 5 through 23, 2026.
- Standard registration is open January 24 through February 20, 2026.
- Scholarships are available to those who qualify.
