Come and work alongside members of the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Association, DreamKey Partners, Vantage Pointe HOA and many more community members during the Lincoln Heights SPRING FLING!
We need some extra help with setting up for the event and tearing down at the end; along with helping out during the Spring Cleaning of the Park and Gardens (9am-11am) and the Community Festival (1pm-3pm). VOLUNTEERS may sign up for either shift, or for both!
All materials and supplies will be provided! Below are some additional instructions for a safe and productive Volunteer project day:
- Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes (REQUIRED!) for safety! Wear old clothes/shoes that can get muddy or dirty, especially if you plan to help with "heavy" cleanup or garden work.
- Bring your own heavy-duty work gloves, if you prefer - gloves will also be provided.
- Bring a refillable water bottle; and wear a hat, sunscreen and bug spray as needed.
- Volunteers for this opportunity should be at least 16 years old; and able to lift/carry heavy objects.
