Join us for a Spring Spruce-Up Day at Winterfield Community Garden!
Help us get ready for Spring growing! Winterfield Community Garden provides hands on educational programs and maintains the planting beds for adjacent Winterfield Elementary School. We will be sprucing up the school grounds as well as preparing our community plots for the season. Tasks will include moving mulch and weeding.
Please bring your own work gloves and a water bottle. We'll provide tools and materials for the projects. *Be warned: No restroom facilities at or close to this site.
Volunteers must READ and acknowledge the Liability Waiver/Acknowledgment of Risk in their Response - PARENTS must acknowledge for any minors who will attend; and add a note in their response for anyone under the age of 13 who will Volunteer (Must be at least 13 to have a separate account). Volunteers under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
