For participants 18+ of all abilities. Interested in gardening, but don't know where to start? Start at the Ivory/Baker Community Garden! In this program, participants will learn basic horticulture and gardening skills, prepare and care for various plants, and create related projects!
Volunteers will encourage participants to pull weeds, pick vegetables, and participate in the gardening program. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and a hat if desired for this outdoor program.
*Volunteers MUST be at least 18 years old to work with Therapeutic & Inclusive Recreation Services. If you plan to Volunteer on an ongoing basis, you must have a current Volunteer Enrollment on file.
