A "dress to impress" Swinging Seniors Prom with a GREAT GATSBY theme, at West Charlotte Recreation Center, 2401 Kendall Drive, Charlotte, 28216.
Volunteers will help with setting up tables and chairs; decorating the gymnasium for this festive event; assisting the Seniors to their tables; serving meals and drinks to the participants; and cleaning up after the event. The Senior Citizen Prom itself takes place 10:00am-2:00pm - Volunteers are asked to help out from 8:00am-3:00pm, but any assistance (at least 2 hours, please) is greatly appreciated! A great opportunity for a GROUP - up to 10 Volunteers may register as a Team.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes to help with set up and tear down; and enjoy a free lunch as a Thank You for Volunteering!
