DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO JUNE 29th!
We are seeking friendly, upbeat volunteers to assist local older active adults who are participating in the 2024 Mecklenburg Senior Games and Silver Arts! Under the guidance of Event Managers, volunteers will be responsible for the following tasks for this event: Set up, welcoming participants, check-in, awards presentations, breakdown and basic clean up. Volunteers must be at least age 12 – anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent/adult.
*This date showcases the talents of Seniors who are participating in the Performing Arts program - we will especially appreciate Volunteers who have experience in performing arts including: theatre arts, music, dance, lighting, photography/video, sound, etc.
- Each Volunteer must sign up individually in order to acknowledge their review of, and agreement with, the Volunteer Waiver/Photo Release and Safety Guidelines - READ and click to acknowledge in your response. An adult must acknowledge for anyone under the age of 18.
- Please dress in appropriate attire with comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
- All volunteers will receive a T-shirt – Please tell us your T-shirt size when registering!
