Quest Nature Center is celebrating 100 years of Mountain Island Lake with a Birthday Bash! This special event will focus on our shared stories of connection with the water. There will be lots of fun and creative activities including guided story circles, guest speakers, history trivia, collaborative art projects, and free giveaways.
Volunteers are needed to help run a variety of fun activities at the event, including assisting with the creative zone arts & crafts and facilitating free tie-dye. Activities will be both indoors and outdoors at Quest. Outdoor spaces will have shade provided. 2 shifts are available - Volunteers may sign up for either shift or for BOTH (preferred).
- Volunteers should be at least 16 years old for this event.
- Please wear a Park & Recreation Volunteer shirt if you have one - extra shirts/badges will be available.
- Lunch will be provided!
