Do you enjoy hiking at Latta Nature Preserve? Here is your chance to give back and protect the woods we love so much! Get on your work pants and be ready to fight back against the invasive plants that have made their home at our beloved preserve. This will involve cutting down small vegetation and removing it from the woods around the Quest building. At the end we will enjoy hot chocolate inside of Quest to warm up after our hard work!
Volunteers will use loppers to cut, or work gloves to pull, and carry away invasive plants from the woods around the Quest building. *Bring your own loppers/pruners and work gloves if you can, we will have some for those who do not bring their own.
