Get ready for a frightfully fun night at Eastway's Spooktacular Fest! Families and friends of all ages are invited to join us for an evening filled with thrills, chills and plenty of treats. Activities will include a Spooky House, Monster Mini Golf, a pumpkin field, face painting, balloon creations, s'mores and apple cider, and more!
VOLUNTEERS are needed during 2 shifts: 10:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-9:00pm (Event time: 5:30pm-8:30pm) - please choose ONLY 1 shift when registering!
- Setting up tents, tables, lighting, decorations, etc. (involves lifting/carrying heavy items)
- Greeting guests; distributing wristbands, maps, treats bag; providing directions to activities and restrooms
- Supervise carnival-style games, hand out prizes, cheer for kids!
- Serve snacks, drinks or baked goods; keep food area clean
- Assist with safety and crowd control, monitor walkways and exits
- Take down decorations, cleanup venue after the event
Volunteers should be at least 16 years old - Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. This event is mostly outdoors - be prepared for fall weather in the evening! Family-friendly costumes or Halloween-themed/colored clothing are encouraged!
