Join us for A WALK IN THE PARK! Sign up today to help keep your favorite park or greenway clean and healthy by picking up litter! A great way to spend an hour AT LUNCHTIME by getting outdoors and helping in your community.
*PARKING: Shamrock Park is a walk-up park, with on-street parking only! Please park safely and legally, without blocking the street or any driveway - Watch for Park & Recreation signs and staff! Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
Volunteers should plan to bring their own gloves and water supply, and dress appropriately for the weather. Extra gloves will be available; and litter pickers and trash bags are provided.
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes - REQUIRED!
- Volunteers must be at least 10 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult!
- Each Volunteer must sign up individually in order to acknowledge their review of and agreement with the Volunteer Waiver/Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Guidelines - READ and click to acknowledge in your response. An adult must acknowledge for anyone under the age of 18.
